I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially the night shift associate who adjusted my bill when I had to leave early. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with soft sheets and comfortable pillows that made for a great night's sleep.

There was only one minor downside to this hotel - the lack of a microwave in the room. However, considering all the other positives, it wasn't a big deal at all.

The location of Tru By Hilton was perfect for my visit to Clemson University. The modern and well-designed rooms were a great touch, and I especially appreciated the online check-in option. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with four pillows on each bed. The large screen TV in the room was a great addition, and we loved the lobby area with its variety of drinks and snacks. The staff even made personalized breakfasts each morning, and the selection was impressive. The location was also convenient, with shopping nearby and easy access to outlets for chargers. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
